The owners of bētrū salon value long-term, career stylists able to attract and work with clients of all ages. Beauty school graduates: We offer a fast track program (4 to 6 months) to gain in-salon experience and learn the bētrū salon method.  This wonderful opportunity allows recent graduates to transition from “students” to “stylists” while working on the salon floor, paired with a senior stylist mentor, and earning an hourly wage and tips. Participants in the fast track program must have completed 1500 hours in beauty school and passed their boards.
